Keith W. Gossett majored in accounting and federal income tax at McNeese State University and has been involved in real estate valuation and investment for over thirty five years. He is a Member of the Appraisal Institute, holds the (MAI) designation, and has valued commercial properties throughout the U.S. He holds General Appraisal and real estate broker licenses in Louisiana and Texas. He is also an Associate Member of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals.
He was formerly a Manager with KPMG Consulting and provided real estate related business consulting services for state, local, and federal agencies throughout the U.S.
Since this time, he has provided cost segregation services across the Gulf Coast area to real estate investment partnerships and property owners for manufacturing facilities, industrial buildings, specialized medical facilities, hotels, office buildings, retail buildings, and multifamily properties.
He has eighteen years experience saving tax dollars for owners in the early years of ownership.

James B. Reed, CPA
James B. Reed attained the Certified Public Accountant designation while working for KPMG Peat Marwick in 1998. As a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a major in Accounting, Mr. Reed worked as Senior Auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick and later as Senior Consultant/Manager for KPMG Consulting, (later renamed BearingPoint). After his work in public accounting and consulting, Mr. Reed transferred to a private CPA practice, providing tax and accounting services to small and mid-sized businesses. Currently, he is the Managing Partner at Moran & Reed PLLC.
Mr. Reed has been involved in real estate and tax related consulting for over twenty years. He has developed his experience for cost segregation by applying the rules and approved techniques of the Internal Revenue Service to maximize client value. His project experience includes advising owners of residential, commercial and industrial real estate properties in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Kansas.
